New Port Corners Active Adult Amenity - New Port Richey, FL

Progress is underway at our New Port Corners Active Adult Amenity project in New Port Richey, FL! We broke ground in April 2025 and we are looking forward to bringing the design to life. The 13,200 SF Clubhouse features a Fitness Center, Card Rooms, a Café, and more. As you walk outside, you can enjoy the bar and a 5,400 SF Resort Style Swimming Pool. Other amenities surrounding the Clubhouse will be Pickleball Courts, Bocce Ball Courts, and a Dog Park. We are excited to share the completed project!
