Palm Grove Amenity - Lakewood Ranch, FL

We’re excited to share that we officially broke ground on our Palm Grove Amenity Project in August 2025! Located in Lakewood Ranch, FL, this new development will feature a stunning 6,000 SF Clubhouse paired with two Resort-Style Pools.

Residents and Guests will also enjoy a dedicated 4,000 SF Fitness Center complete with a Workout Lawn, multiple Pickleball Courts, Shuffleboard areas, and Dog Parks for furry companions.

To top it off, our Grand Movie Lawn will create the perfect setting for outdoor movie nights and lively community events. We’re thrilled to see construction underway and can’t wait to share the finished amenities with you soon!
