Connerton Village 4 Amenity - Land O Lakes, FL

We’re thrilled to showcase our Connerton Village Amenity project in Land O’ Lakes, FL! Featuring five unique amenity buildings and approximately 18,000 SF of thoughtfully designed spaces, this incredible development offers residents a variety of places to connect, relax, stay active, and enjoy time with family and friends.

The amenity spaces include a state-of-the-art fitness room, event space with a fireplace, café, outdoor lounge, and a dedicated game room complete with a pool table, foosball, and ping pong. Residents can also enjoy a dedicated bike shop, large pavilion with a bike track, and an activity building featuring gathering areas for group activities and an outdoor picnic porch.

Outside, the amenities continue with an impressive, approximately 12,000 SF, swimming pool with splash pads, a playground, six pickleball courts, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with grill. From active recreation to relaxing poolside or gathering with neighbors, these spaces create the perfect setting to enjoy the outdoors and connect with the community.
