Connerton Phase 4 Amenity - Land O Lakes, FL

We are excited to be breaking ground on Connerton Phase 4 Amenity in the coming months!

Featuring five unique buildings, this project is one of a kind. The main building will include a café and lounge, fitness center, event space, and an outdoor lounge. Also onsite will be an Activity House, Game House, Bike Shop, and a Bike Pavilion. Not to mention, the large pool and splash park, pickleball courts, playground, outdoor gym, and a bike pump track. We are look forward to getting this project started!
