Brightmore at Wellen Park Amenity - Venice, FL

We’re excited to be breaking ground on this beautiful amenity.

Located in Wellen Park, Brightmore Amenity is a 21,000 square foot clubhouse with expansive hardscape features including geothermal heated lap swimming pool, zero entry pool, and spa surrounded by a brick paver pool deck, cabanas, and shade sails. Off the pool deck, you will find pickleball courts including a competition court, arbors, firepits, and more. Construction begins Q1 of 2024!
