Construction has begun at Windward Amenity in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. This community has incorporated British West Indies architecture when designing both the community entrance and amenity, resulting in this beautiful rendering. The amenity building will include a fitness center, swimming pool, pickleball, sports fields and courts, and a dog park for residents to enjoy. We are so excited to be a part of this project.
