Windward has begun construction on Avea Pointe Amenity & Hardscape in Lutz, FL. The gated entry will include access controls, signage, decorative columns, precast walls and brick pavers. The amenity will include a custom pool & cabana secured with access controls and mailboxes for residents. Progress photos coming soon!
